For the further expansion of Computer Controls S.r.l. we are looking for you as a

Marketing and Office Management Specialist (80-100%)

Your Tasks:

  • You maintain website, social media coverage, blogs & newsletters
  • You create content and collaborate with agencies
  • You organize and manage events, online and in a traditional way
  • You plan, implement and evaluate marketing activities for Italy (includes marketing dashbaords, KPIs and budget responsibility)
  • Maintain and further develop our communication and marketing activities
  • Self responsible development of a digital office management, followed by professional day-to-day business operations and continuous development
  • You are confident interface to customers, partners, authorities, management and team
  • You relief the managing director in terms of organization, workload and administration
  • You prepare and follow-up meetings and customer appointments for the sales-oriented and dynamic managing director
  • You support in reporting and controlling as interface to accounting/tax consulting
  • Approx. 20% of role involves sales support (e.g. order entry, quoting/contracting, posting goods receipt/issue, database maintenance)
  • Up to 10% travel, domestic and international (internal training or trainings with suppliers or partners, events, trade fairs, etc.)

Your Profile:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills to act as a confident interface in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible and independent working style, still a good team player
  • Customer and business results oriented
  • Digital at home - Routine use of digital tools. (Apple / Windows)
  • Languages: good knowledege of English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Fit in using the modern tools: Office365 (Business Central, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner)
  • Knowledge and experience with inbound marketing, CRM, HubSpot, Magento 2, Adobe CC, Canva, Google Analytics/DataStudio/Ads/Merchant, video and photo work or similar tools are an advantage
  • Organizational skills and a passion for second-string management
  • Experience in office management and/or back office setup/project work/project assistance/sales assistance/executive assistance
  • Personal responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to quickly comprehend, motivate and be enthusiastic
  • Business understanding
